Estate Planning and the Family Farm

Please join us on May 14, 2024 at the Country Club of York for an educational course offered by the York County Estate Planning Council, a program of the York County Bar Foundation, on Estate Planning and the Family Farm. The speaker for this event will be Alex E. Snyder, Esquire of Barley Snyder.

In this presentation, Alex will cover significant aspects of estate planning related to family farms. This will include succession planning issues that are unique to farming, issues with taxation, some case studies, and related items.

If you attend this in-person lunch it can count as one continuing education credit for PACLE, CFP, PA Ins, and CPA. If you are a current YCEPC member, the cost of registering for this event is free. For all other guests, the registration cost is $70.00. The in-person lunch will consist of a lunch buffet and begins 11:45am, the program will begin at 12:15pm.

No Show/Cancellation Policy: due to increased costs, please note that any member who signs up for lunch and is unable to attend must notify the YCEPC by 12:00pm, May 10, 2024 or they will be billed $35.
